Sintalia was founded in 2024 with a simple goal: to bring design, construction and project delivery together under one roof. After years of working across the industry, we saw how often great ideas were lost between designers, consultants and contractors. We wanted to create a more collaborative approach where clients have one trusted team guiding their project from concept to completion.
Today, we work across workplaces, hospitality, care homes, heritage buildings and commercial spaces, delivering projects with a practical mindset, attention to detail and a genuine passion for creating spaces people enjoy using.
We're a small, friendly team that believes good projects are built on strong relationships. We work closely with our clients, consultants and trusted trades to make the process straightforward, transparent and enjoyable from start to finish.
As Sintalia continues to grow, we're also developing a specialist delivery team that happens to be entirely female. This isn't about excluding anyone – it's about creating opportunities, championing talent and showcasing the incredible women working across construction, design and skilled trades.
